Wizkid Is Doing Some Fuji Music

A video shared online of a Nigerian lady who was on the popular TV game show Who Wants To Be A Millionaire (WWTBAM) calling internationally renowned Afrobeat singer Wizkid a Fuji musician has gone viral. The woman who was on the hot seat during the latest WWTBAM show was asked to pick one of the four answers given to her that is a famous Fuji musician; her options included Wasiu Ayinde Marshal (KWAM1), Wizkid, Naira Marley and King Sunny Ade.

However, to the absolute amazement of everybody, this woman picked Wizkid as the answer.

Wizkid, a super-talented artist from Nigeria, has admitted that he has been calling the same number for the past eight years.

When asked if he still had the “Ojuelegba number” in an interview with Apple Music, Wizkid revealed this.

Wizkid responded by saying that he still uses the same phone and that he recently purchased a new one. The interviewer who interjected said she would have changed her phone number if she was in Wizkid’s shoes after his “Ojuelegba” single became a global hit

She added that she would have also changed her phone number after the “Brown Skin Girl” collaboration with American music star, Beyonce, in her Lion King album. Wizkid however laughed at this.

He smiled and responded that he had already blocked so many individuals on his old number over the years when asked if he would be doing the same on his new phone. He added that the old number is being kept because not many people have it.
